My address is wrong !

Please contact us at orders@patrickslim.com as soon as possible so someone can fix the mistake. However, if we ship the item before the address is corrected, you will need to wait for the item to be returned to us and pay for your items’ re-ship.

How long will it take me to get my order ?

Once your order is ready for shipment, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

How do I make a purchase ?

Using the PATRICKSLIM website to buy products is very straight forward. You navigate the site by clicking the links to the category pages, e.g., Men > Accessories > Collaborations. Once you’ve decided which product you want to buy, fill in your measurement; if you don’t know your actual size, you can click on our measurement guide that will put you through the whole process with ease. After that, you click on the “ADD TO CART” button. The product is then added to your shopping cart. You can add additional products or remove products as you please.
When ready to pay, you select the “proceed to checkout” link where you are taken to a secure page to enter your details. You will be required on the website to register an account to complete your purchase at this stage. Once you finalized your purchase, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order details, sent to the email address you entered at checkout. You will also receive an email from our customer service department within 24 hours of placing your order confirming receipt of your order. Customer service will send you one final email once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?
